That distinction matters on the final day. A person who did not register within the first window cannot use the remaining application window to start from scratch. A person who did register should not register again; the notification prohibits duplicate or multiple registrations. The current correction facility is not an extension of registration. It is a later two-day facility for permitted corrections to the registration or application form, including online fee correction where applicable. Treat today's task as final submission, not as a new sign-up.

The safest final-day workflow is deliberate rather than fast. Keep the notification and the circle-wise vacancy annexure open beside the portal. If a payment screen is loading, do not repeatedly press Back, Refresh or Submit; first check the transaction status provided by the portal. A registration number, a preview or an amount debited from a bank account is not a substitute for a successfully submitted application record. Save the confirmation page or receipt and keep the registered mobile number and email available for later communication. If the application cannot be completed because the candidate did not register before 19 September, the remaining correction window cannot be used to bypass that earlier requirement.

The official notification sets the basic age range at 18 to 40 years, with category-specific relaxations. Age is determined on the last date for submission of applications, so use the notice's 21 September reference date when checking the rule. The educational requirement is a Secondary School Examination pass certificate at Class 10 with passing marks in Mathematics and English from a recognised board specified by the Department. The notice also requires the prescribed local language to have been studied at least up to Class 10. It separately lists knowledge of computers, knowledge of cycling and adequate means of livelihood as other qualifications.
