AvsarIQ is an independent recruitment-information service operated by Rajan Krishnan from Patna, Bihar. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the AvsarIQ website, catalogue and account features.

We keep the public catalogue focused on published recruitment information. Your account profile, saved opportunities and application tracker are private to your signed-in account. AvsarIQ does not sell personal data.

Account and authentication

When you sign in with Google, the authentication service may provide your Google display name, email address and a provider subject identifier. AvsarIQ uses this information to create and secure your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Profile and tracker information

You choose whether to add profile details such as date of birth, category, gender, nationality, state or domicile, education, graduation status, marks, experience, licences, physical information and preferences. You may also store saved opportunities, application status, notes, application numbers and personal deadlines.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process normal technical information such as IP address, browser, device, request timing and server logs. The product does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural analytics.

• provide, secure and maintain the public catalogue and signed-in workspace;
• show your chosen profile beside stated post requirements so you can compare them yourself;
• save shortlist and application-tracker records at your request;
• respond to source corrections, support questions and privacy requests;
• understand errors, protect the service and meet applicable legal or security obligations.

We do not use your private profile to make an automated final eligibility decision. The official notification and recruiting authority remain the source of truth.

AvsarIQ relies on a small set of providers to operate the service:

• Supabase: authentication, session handling and database hosting for account and product records.
• Google: the identity provider you choose for Google sign-in; Google processes information under its own policies.
• Vercel and infrastructure providers: hosting, delivery, security and operational logs for the website.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or to investigate abuse. We do not publish your profile, saved list or tracker in the public catalogue, and we do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.

We keep account and private workspace records while your account is active or for as long as needed to provide the feature you asked for. You can remove saved and tracker entries in the product. For account deletion or a broader data request, email us so we can review the request and any provider or backup constraints.

Published recruitment records may remain available as part of the catalogue and source history, even when an individual account is deleted. Those public records are not your private profile data.

We may need to verify that a request relates to you before disclosing or changing account information.

We use authentication, access controls and provider security features appropriate to a small web service. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Supabase, Google, Vercel and their infrastructure partners may process information in countries outside India. Their own privacy terms and contractual safeguards may apply to that processing.

AvsarIQ is intended for people who can lawfully use an online recruitment-information service. We do not knowingly collect information from children who are not permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will review the request.

We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review it.
