Working knowledge of Hindi also desirable.; Lead and build strong relationships with the Project Management Team effectively, plays mentoring role and shows conflict resolution skills.; Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.; Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health program at National/State level.; Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.; Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in National Health Mission at National or State level.
